Anthony Constantinou may have one of the most unusual professions in the world, but he loves it. He is a Lecturer Assistant Professor and Head of Bayesian Artificial Intelligence at Queen Mary University in London, England. What in the world is Bayesian Artificial Intelligence?
This form of artificial intelligence defines the ability for decision making under the guidance of machine learning and data mining. Anthony Constantinou has been worked on a NIHR project on Bayesian networks prior to his time at Queen Mary University. This includes assessing risk, as well as assessing the risk in forensic psychiatry. This project was led at Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry.
Anthony Contantinou also worked on the ERC project, which is dedicated to finding ways to improve evidence-based decision making. The goal of the project was to discover how this applies to real-world critical decision making using the Bayesian network technology. This project was completed at the school of EECS.
Anthony Constantinou has also worked as a teaching assistant to build his resume. Although he is currently working with Queen Mary University now, he worked as a teaching assistant here from October 2009 until May 2013, for a period of 3 years and 8 months. Outside of the artificial intelligence vertical, he has also worked with software risk assessment, software engineering, and procedural programming.
Adding to his history of education, Anthony Constantinou worked also as a Ph.D. researcher. His work here was also done at Queen Mary University in London. His work as Ph.D. researcher stems from October 2009 until May of 2012. Constantinou’s work here consistent of Bayesian Networks for predictions, as well as for risk assessment.
